We have created this unique and completely free service, we recognise that families sometimes struggle with choices for funeral arrangements.

Simple Funeral Service

As a responsible funeral director James Harper Independent Funeral Directors offer, in accordance with our professional standards, a restricted and economical funeral arrangement.

The Simple Funeral includes:

• All Funeral Director's Services
• Attending to all necessary administration
• Transfer of the deceased from the place of death to our Chapel of Rest (within 10 miles radius and during normal working hours Mon - Fri 0900 - 1700)
• Hygienic preparation and care of the deceased prior to the funeral(this is not embalming)
• Engraved nameplate, lining, handles and gown
• Use of the Chapel of Rest
• Hearse only (to house or direct to crematorium/cemetery)
• Bearers and Funeral conductor

Disbursement Fees

The disbursements (ie doctors fees, crematorium, charge etc) will be an additional to the above price.

All disbursements must be made in full before this funeral can take place.

It is not possible to dispense any part of this inclusively-priced funeral arrangement.
