This service includes collection, care, and cremation of your loved one, providing a straightforward option that prioritises respect and professionalism while significantly reducing costs compared to traditional funerals. If you wish, you can hold a separate farewell service at a venue of your choice, allowing you to celebrate your loved one’s life in a personal and meaningful way. Comprehensive Service From Collection To Ashes Return
Using our own uniformed staff and specialised vehicles, we collect your loved one from hospitals, coroners, or other funeral directors. Please note, urgent collection fees apply specifically if your loved one passes away at home, a nursing or care home, or hospice, with additional charges for out-of-hours removals. A quality English-style coffin with handles and a nameplate is supplied. Ashes are returned to any UK address within 28 days, or sooner for an additional fee.
Expert Support And Flexible Arrangements
We assist with all necessary paperwork through phone or email, including DSS claims if applicable. We will pre-fill most of the required forms and can send paperwork via email or post, so there’s no need for you to visit in person unless you prefer. You may visit our Bromley office to discuss the service. Arrangements do not require a visit to the crematorium, and in fact, visiting the crematorium for this service is not available. We also handle any personal items you wish to include in the coffin and provide cremation date details upon request, ensuring a supportive experience throughout.
Optional Add-Ons To Personalise Your Service
Our direct cremation service is available across the UK, supported by a fleet of tracked removal vehicles, making it an ideal choice for solicitors or anyone seeking a dignified, cost-effective funeral. Additional fees apply for urgent or out-of-hours collections, and priority delivery of ashes.
We can scatter ashes in the Garden of Rest and provide final resting place details. Despite extras, this service remains about 68% cheaper than a typical crematorium funeral nationally.
